Salary: £33,005.00 to £41,256.00, dependent on your skills, knowledge and experience
Location: London-only - hybrid role and must be able to commit to a minimum of two days per week in our South London Centre
Interviews:
- 1st stage interviews: 01/09 over MS Teams
- 2nd stage interviews: 07/09 face-to-face in our South London Centre
Are you passionate about making a real impact on the lives of young women? Join us as a Philanthropy Manager, where you will play a key role in raising vital funds to support our Women Supporting Women (WSW) initiative.
Too many young women face significant barriers to achieving the economic independence that being employed affords, from low pay and limited opportunities to challenges around confidence, mental health, and caring responsibilities. Without targeted support, these barriers risk holding them back from reaching their full potential. As our Philanthropy Manager, you will build strong relationships with high-value donors, secure significant multi-year gifts, and collaborate with senior volunteers to drive our mission forward.
With a personal income target of £500k+ per year, your efforts will directly contribute to raising £150m over five years, providing young people with the financial and practical support they need to thrive.
