Job Title: Philanthropy Manager
Location: Hybrid working with the requirement to work from our Head Office and to attend meetings, events and networking opportunities in London and other locations as required.
Salary: £45,529.83 per annum (Inclusive of London Weighting, which may not be applicable depending on your home location and any agreed permanent homeworking arrangement)

As Philanthropy Manager, you'll lead relationships with major donors and trusts and foundations, securing significant funding that directly supports life-changing services and campaigns. You'll manage and grow a portfolio of high-value supporters, develop compelling funding proposals and reports, identify new funding opportunities, and contribute to a growing programme of supporter engagement opportunities. We're looking for an experienced fundraiser with a track record of securing high-value gifts, excellent relationship-building skills, and the confidence to spot opportunities and turn them into long-term partnerships.
