Job Title: Phlebotomist – Home Collection

Job Summary
Responsible for collecting blood samples using Vacutainer, performing ECG, and filling MER forms at patients' homes while maintaining high standards of hygiene, patient care, and timely transportation of samples to the laboratory.
Key Responsibilities
- Visit patients’ homes for sample collection as per the assigned schedule
- Perform blood collection using Vacutainer and other sample collection procedures safely and accurately
- Conduct ECG procedures when required
- Ensure proper labeling, barcoding, and documentation of samples
- Maintain cold chain and ensure timely delivery of samples to the laboratory
- Explain test procedures and fasting requirements to patients when required

Eligibility Criteria
- DMLT / MLT certification (mandatory)
- (B.Sc Nursing / GNM candidates can also be considered)
- Minimum 6 months of experience in Vacutainer blood collection (mandatory)
- Experience in home collection preferred
- Two-wheeler with valid driving license
- Willingness to travel within assigned area

Salary
- Minimum guarantee of 185 samples per month/Rs.150 per collection
Work Timings
- 6am-2pm (Full time)
- 6am-11am (Part Time)
