I am looking for a Phoenix Process Owner – Business Analyst to join our team at the University of Hertfordshire!
In this role, you will be instrumental in defining, documenting, and translating our end-to-end business processes to align with our new system implementation (Project Phoenix). You will assess system functionality, evaluate business impacts, and ensure our future processes align with Higher Education regulations and university policies.
💼 Key Details:
- Closing Date: 01 October 2026
- Interview Date: Week commencing 12 October 2026
- Sponsorship: Please note, we are unable to offer UKVI sponsorship for this post. Applicants must hold UK Right to Work.

🎯 What we’re looking for:
- Strong background in Higher Education administration and regulatory processes.
- Proven experience in business process ownership, design, analysis, or improvement.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to find pragmatic solutions for complex problems.
- A minimum of a Degree (or equivalent proven administrative experience).
