Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Huddersfield for a Photocopier Delivery and Installer. The role involves loading, transporting, and safely delivering photocopiers and related equipment to customer locations, following company procedures and using appropriate lifting and handling techniques. The installer will position equipment, complete basic setup and configuration, connect machines to power and, where appropriate, network points, and perform initial testing to confirm correct operation.

- Liaising with customers on-site

- Reporting any issues or damages promptly
The role may also include maintaining vehicle cleanliness, planning efficient routes with the team, and supporting colleagues with other equipment moves or installations as needed.
Qualifications
- Ability to safely lift, move, and install medium to heavy equipment, using appropriate manual handling techniques and tools.
- Basic technical aptitude for installing and configuring photocopiers or similar devices, including simple troubleshooting.
- Strong customer service skills, with the ability to communicate clearly and professionally at client sites.
- Good time management and organizational skills to plan deliveries, meet schedules, and complete required documentation.
- Attention to detail and commitment to following health, safety, and equipment handling procedures.
- Valid UK driving licence and a safe driving record (experience driving vans or light commercial vehicles is beneficial).
- Previous experience in equipment delivery, field service, or installation roles is an advantage but not essential.
- Willingness to work on-site in varying environments and collaborate effectively with colleagues and supervisors.
