We are looking for an experienced Mobile Photocopier Engineer to cover the North East Region encompassing Newcastle, Durham, Teesside and surrounding areas.

Photocopier Engineer – Key Responsibilities

  • Service, maintenance and networking of MFDs / Photocopiers
  • Supporting customers and other engineers throughout the region
  • Dealing with call outs for fault finding and repairs
  • Providing an exceptional customer service

Photocopier Engineer – Essential Experience

  • It is essential you are currently an engineer working on MFD/Photocopier devices
  • Good IT / Networking skills
  • Excellent communication skills dealing with clients at all levels
  • Great time management and ability to work under pressure

Photocopier Engineer – Desirable Experience

  • Manufacturer trained on any of the following machines; Konica Minolta, Kyocera, Lexmark, Epson.
  • Experience on IT solutions (Papercut or similar)
