PHOTOGRAPHER - FULL TIME - WASHINGTON, TYNE & WEAR
Who We Are:
Inspired by a shared love of fashion, sneakers and the surrounding culture, END. was founded in Newcastle upon Tyne back in 2005. Our first UK store brought together a curated mix of celebrated designers and emerging brands, many of which were previously hard to find outside of London. From day one, we’ve nurtured a community of like-minded individuals united by a love for this ever-evolving culture.
Today, END. serves over 2 million customers worldwide through a seamless blend of online and physical retail. Our industry-leading stores in Newcastle, Glasgow, Manchester, London, and Milan reflect our commitment to innovation, influence, and inspiration. We offer a carefully curated selection of menswear, womenswear, sneakers, homeware, and lifestyle products to a global audience.
At the heart of END. is our customer and it’s our people and culture that make the difference. With over 600 employees across our HQ, offices, and retail locations, our customer-first mindset continues to guide everything we do.
The Role:
As a Photographer within the END. Studio Team, you will be responsible for producing high-quality product imagery to be used across our website and digital channels. Shooting across both on-model and still-life sets, you will play an integral role in ensuring that all imagery supports the premium shopping experience our customers have come to expect from END.
With a strong attention to detail, technical expertise, and a collaborative approach, you will create engaging product imagery that supports the commercial success of the business. You will work closely with models, stylists, production teams, and post-production teams, to ensure all imagery is delivered in time to meet key business deadlines and launch schedules.
Here’s a breakdown of what you’ll be doing:
- Photograph products across multiple categories on both Still Life and Model sets. Our product range covers menswear, womenswear, footwear, accessories, END. Label, and lifestyle.
- Take ownership of the imagery you create, ensuring it meets END.'s visual, technical, and commercial expectations.
- Deliver agreed daily productivity targets while maintaining our styleguide and brand standards.
- Apply strong technical photography and lighting expertise to solve challenges efficiently.
- Support business-critical launches and studio workflows through on-set collaboration, effective prioritisation, and agile working practices.
- Contribute to a positive and productive studio environment, balancing productivity targets and team objectives with a commitment to quality standards.
- Collaborate daily with models, stylists, stock assistants, post production team, producers, and creative teams.
- Confidently direct models during shoots, providing clear and constructive feedback to achieve the required photographic standards.
- Take ownership of image quality by reviewing, refining, and reshooting products where required to ensure all imagery meets END.'s standards.
- Demonstrate exceptional attention to detail when preparing, styling, and shaping products on still-life sets.
- Prepare and accurately hand over imagery for retouching in line with strict specifications and workflow requirements.
- Contribute ideas and feedback to continually improve studio workflows, processes, and photographic standards.
- Ensure all photographic equipment and software is maintained and operational by reporting issues or repair requirements to the Photography Manager or Senior Photographer.
- Maintain high standards of health, safety, and housekeeping across all photographic areas and resources.
- Take a proactive approach to supporting studio workflows, processes, and ad hoc tasks, ensuring the smooth movement of products through the studio from intake to final delivery.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.
