About the Role

You have spent years learning how to connect with people, understand what they want and turn an idea into something meaningful. But your skills may be capable of taking you further than the next shoot, booking or client deadline.

Many photographers develop far more than creative ability. You learn how to communicate, build trust quickly, manage enquiries, organise your own schedule and take responsibility for the experience you deliver.

If you are ready to apply those strengths in a different professional environment, this may be worth exploring.

StanMindsetMomentum operates in the personal development sector, connecting individuals with established online learning programs and live virtual events focused on personal and professional growth.

We are looking for experienced, self-directed professionals who can bring strong communication skills, initiative and commercial awareness into an independent, results-focused role.

This is a remote independent contractor role with remuneration linked to defined performance outcomes. This is not a salaried or hourly position.

Why photography experience can transfer well

Working with clients develops skills that extend far beyond the camera.

You may already know how to:

  • Build rapport with new people quickly
  • Understand individual needs and expectations
  • Communicate ideas clearly and confidently
  • Manage enquiries and follow-up professionally
  • Organise appointments, deadlines and competing priorities
  • Work independently without constant supervision
  • Take ownership of the quality of your work and results

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
