Job Title: Photography Producer
Brand: Linzi Shoes
Location: Romford, Essex
Reporting To: Head of Brand
Role Overview
Linzi Shoes is experiencing exciting growth, and as we continue to expand, we are looking for a highly organised and proactive Photography Production Executive to join the team. This role is key to overseeing the planning, coordination, and delivery of all photography across the business, ensuring content keeps pace with our growing campaigns, product launches, and digital presence.
You will act as the central point of coordination across creative, marketing, and buying teams, while guiding the day-to-day workflow of the photography team to ensure shoots are delivered efficiently and to a high standard.
Key Responsibilities
Planning & Coordination
- Collaborate with the Head of Brand and Marketing Manager to align on business needs, ensuring all photography requirements are planned for seasonal campaigns, product drops, and concessions.
- Maintain full oversight of the photography calendar, ensuring all shoots and deadlines are clearly scheduled and met.
- Coordinate and schedule all shoots and editing days with the Senior and Junior Photographers, ensuring all pre-production is completed efficiently.
- Provide clear direction on priorities and timelines to the photography team to keep all projects on track.
Sample & Asset Management
- Manage and monitor the sample shoot tracker for both product and lifestyle imagery.
- Liaise closely with the buying team to ensure timely arrival of samples, managing expectations across departments.
- Ensure all content is captured and delivered within required timelines ahead of launch deadlines.

Shoot Production
- Attend all shoots to oversee execution, ensuring productions run smoothly, on schedule, and deliver required content.
- Work with the Senior Photographer to plan and capture imagery for key areas of the website and app, including homepage categories, collection pages, loyalty content, and About Us.
- Provide on-set direction and support to photographers and the Production Assistant to ensure all creative and logistical requirements are met.
- Handle on-the-day challenges such as sample delays, weather issues, or talent cancellations, working closely with the Production Assistant to find solutions quickly.
Creative Development & Briefing
- Develop detailed shoot briefs and moodboards in collaboration with the Head of Brand.
- Delegate shoot logistics to the Production Assistant, including model bookings, location sourcing, prop purchasing, and overall shoot coordination.
- Liaise with stylists, providing moodboards and approving styling to ensure all looks are aligned with the brand.
Content Review & Approval
- Work closely with the Senior and Junior Photographers to review imagery and approve selections for editing.
- Provide final sign-off on imagery before submission to the Head of Brand.
External Talent & Suppliers
- Partner with the Production Assistant to source, select, and approve videographers for campaign shoots.
- Oversee relationships with freelance editors and external creatives, ensuring quality and consistency.
- Coordinate payment processes for all freelance contributors.

Budget Oversight
- Track and control budgets across all shoots, including costs for photographers, videographers, models, stylists, locations, and production needs.
Innovation & Trend Research
- Continuously research and develop new creative concepts, trends, and ideas to elevate future shoots.
- Produce moodboards and contribute to evolving the brand’s visual direction.
Skills & Experience
- 1+ years of previous experience in a photography production, creative production, or similar role, ideally within fashion or eCommerce.
- Strong organisational and project management skills with the ability to handle multiple shoots simultaneously.
- Experience coordinating shoots, including logistics, talent, and timelines.
- Confident working with and guiding creative teams to deliver high-quality output.
- Budget oversight experience is highly desirable.
- A strong understanding of fashion photography, styling, and creative processes.
