I’m working with a creative business looking for an experienced Photography Project Manager to take ownership of photography projects from initial brief through to final asset delivery.

It’s a role sitting right at the center of Creative, Photography, and Commercial teams, making sure shoots are properly planned, budgets are controlled and the creative idea survives the realities of production.

You’ll be responsible for the full photography lifecycle, including:

  • Pre-production
  • Shoot scheduling
  • Locations
  • Permits
  • Crew and supplier coordination
  • Post-production
  • Retouching
  • Final delivery

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

Only hits

No noise. No "maybe this fits." Just roles with a clear explanation of why they're right — and where to focus when applying.

A big part of the role is keeping everything moving, managing timelines, budgets, resources, risks, and approvals, while working closely with Creative Directors, Photographers, and the wider creative team.

You’ll also take ownership of photography budgets, cost tracking, and forecasting, and make sure final assets are properly organised, quality checked, and delivered to the right technical specifications.

We’re looking for someone with strong experience managing photography shoots and content production, who is comfortable balancing creative ambition with budgets, logistics, and deadlines.

You’ll need to be organised, commercially aware, and confident dealing with multiple teams and suppliers, but equally comfortable working closely with creative people and understanding what they’re trying to achieve.
