Photography Project Manager
Manchester | Hybrid | £33,000–£35,000

Love bringing creative ideas to life? We’re looking for a Photography Project Manager to deliver photography campaigns and content for an exciting mix of brands.
Take projects from the first brief through to the final polished assets. Work closely with Creative Directors, photographers, production teams and retouchers. Combine your eye for detail with the organisation that makes a successful shoot happen.
What you’ll be doing
- Turning creative briefs into clear production plans, schedules and budgets.
- Bringing together the right crew, equipment, locations and suppliers.
- Managing shoot logistics, access and photography or filming permits.
- Keeping clients, creatives and production teams informed throughout.
- Managing costs, forecasts and margins while protecting the creative ambition.
- Anticipating challenges around weather, locations and deadlines—and finding solutions.
- Overseeing retouching, feedback, quality checks and final sign-off.
- Making sure final assets meet technical specifications and are organised for delivery.
- Supporting pitches and helping showcase the team’s photography capabilities.

What you’ll bring
- Experience in photography production, creative project management or shoot production.
- A good understanding of what it takes to plan and deliver a successful photoshoot.
- Confidence coordinating photographers, retouchers, creatives and external suppliers.
- Strong budget management and commercial awareness.
- The ability to keep several projects moving without losing sight of the details.
- Clear communication and a calm head when plans change.
- Pride in delivering work that looks great and meets the brief.
