Looking to be an integral part of an amazing team, have your voice heard, and feel like you belong?

About DFYNE

A picture paints a thousand words… and we’re sure you don’t want to be sat here reading an essay of corporate “about us” spiel…. Seriously, how’re you able to really get under the skin of what we’re about from a few words on a screen. So why don’t you have a look and see what we’re all about for yourself www.dfyne.com.

About The Role - DFYNE Your Career

First off, it’s best I introduce myself (person behind the keyboard here). It's not the norm on a job role spec, but I feel it’s important for this one in particular. I’m Oscar, the CEO and Founder here at DFYNE.

We're looking for a Photography Team Lead to run our entire photography team. You'll be an exceptional photographer yourself, the person the team learns from, and you'll run the team day to day, from planning and people to budgets, bookings and admin. You'll be hands on shooting key work yourself while making the whole team better. You'll report to Sean, our Head of Creative, and work with him closely turning the creative direction and launch calendar into a plan the team can deliver, and making sure every drop has the content it needs before it's needed. This is a new role, there is no Photography Team Lead today, so you'll set up the guidelines, workflows and team structure from the ground up.

Attitude

  • Trustworthy
  • Proactive and efficient
  • Calm under pressure
  • Reliable and responsive

Key Responsibilities

Lead the team

  • Manage, coach and develop photographers, 1:1s, feedback, reviews, training plans.
  • Set clear expectations for quality and output.
  • Build a culture of high standards, ownership and continuous improvement.
  • Deal with performance issues fairly and early.
  • Manage studio bookings, kit inventory, repairs and insurance.
  • Keep health and safety on set and in the studio up to standard.
  • Report regularly to the Head of Creative on output, spend, risks and upcoming needs.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

Own the assets
