About the Opportunity
We are seeking experienced Photographers to contribute to a video annotation project supporting next-generation AI systems. You’ll use your photography and visual-analysis expertise to review robotic-arm footage, identify visual details, and apply consistent annotation standards.
No prior AI experience is required — your photography and visual expertise are what matter.
Key Responsibilities
- Review robotic-arm video footage and carefully observe task execution.
- Apply video annotation and data-labeling guidelines to categorize footage.
- Evaluate visual quality using photography principles, including clarity, composition, and relevance.
- Identify and document visual details, discrepancies, and execution issues.
- Follow detailed grading rules consistently to maintain accurate and reliable data.
- Submit clear annotations and observations through project tools.
- Collaborate asynchronously with project teams to clarify guidelines and improve annotation quality.

Required Qualifications
- Professional or demonstrated experience in photography with strong visual judgment.
- Strong understanding of image quality, composition, and visual details.
- Exceptional attention to detail when reviewing dynamic footage.
- Ability to consistently follow detailed guidelines and repetitive evaluation processes.
- Strong written communication and ability to document visual observations.
- Ability to work independently in a remote, asynchronous environment.

Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with video annotation or data labeling.
- Experience using annotation platforms or visual data tools.
- Experience working with robotics, technical footage, or AI training projects.
- Background knowledge of machine learning, robotics, or AI annotation.
Compensation
- Competitive compensation of $50–$90/hour.
- Independent contractor engagement.
- Remote and flexible project-based work.
- Approximately 250 positions available.
