About The Role
We are seeking a highly skilled PHP Back End Developer to join our dynamic team on a contract basis. This role offers the flexibility of remote work, allowing you to contribute from anywhere while working on challenging backend problems. As a key member of our development team, you will analyze complex backend issues, evaluate and improve code quality, and collaborate closely with stakeholders to translate business needs into robust technical solutions. Your expertise will directly impact the performance, security, and scalability of our AI systems and other backend applications, ensuring they meet high standards of excellence.

Qualifications
- Extensive experience in PHP development, with a strong command of modern frameworks such as Laravel.
- Proficiency in Node.js, with a proven track record of building scalable server-side applications.
- Hands-on experience with MySQL, including database optimization techniques.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, capable of explaining complex technical concepts clearly.
- Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities with meticulous attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote environment.
Responsibilities
- Analyze and resolve complex backend issues using PHP, Node.js, and MySQL in real-world scenarios.
- Review and evaluate backend code for logical correctness, scalability, and performance efficiency.
- Provide detailed feedback on code structure, design patterns, and best practices to enhance AI system learning and overall system robustness.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business objectives and translate these into effective backend solutions.
- Document technical concepts and processes clearly, ensuring accessibility for both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Maintain high standards for security, maintainability, and system performance across all deliverables.

Benefits

Benefits include competitive hourly compensation ranging from $30 to $110, depending on experience and project scope. This contract position provides the flexibility of working remotely for 10 to 40 hours per week, accommodating various schedules.
