About The Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced IT Project Manager to join our dynamic team at Spectrum IT Recruitment Limited. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the planning, execution, and delivery of complex IT projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within scope, and within budget. You will act as the primary point of contact between clients, stakeholders, and technical teams, facilitating effective communication and ensuring project objectives are met. Qualifications

The ideal candidate should possess a bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field. Relevant certifications such as PMP (Project Management Professional), PRINCE2, or Agile/Scrum certifications are highly desirable. Candidates should have a minimum of 5 years of experience managing IT projects, demonstrating a proven track record of delivering successful outcomes. Strong knowledge of project management tools and software, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to lead cross-functional teams are essential. Additionally, excellent communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills are crucial for success in this role.

Responsibilities

As an IT Project Manager at Spectrum IT Recruitment Limited, your responsibilities will include:

  • Developing detailed project plans, including scope, objectives, timelines, and resource allocation.
  • Coordinating internal resources and third-party vendors for the flawless execution of projects.
  • Managing project budgets, tracking expenses, and ensuring cost-effective delivery.

  • Providing regular status updates and reports to senior management and clients.
  • Leading project meetings, documenting project milestones, and maintaining comprehensive project documentation.
