A talented PHP / Laravel Developer is needed to join a small, close-knit development team behind an established B2B software platform. With just one day a week on-site, this is a largely remote role working on a genuine product — ideal for a developer who wants real ownership and a modern stack rather than legacy maintenance.
About the Role
You'll be joining a specialist software business whose platform helps businesses in its sector streamline their day-to-day operations and stay compliant. It's a small, stable team where your work has a direct, visible impact on the product and the customers who rely on it every day.

What You'll Be Doing
- Building, maintaining and improving features across the platform using PHP and Laravel
- Writing clean, well-structured and testable code
- Contributing to technical decisions and helping keep code quality high
- Working closely with the wider team to turn requirements into working software
- Getting involved across the full development lifecycle on a live product

What We're Looking For
- Strong commercial PHP experience
- Solid, demonstrable experience with the Laravel framework
- A good eye for clean, maintainable code
- Self-motivated, with good communication skills
Nice to Have
- Vue.js
- TALL Stack (Tailwind, Alpine.js, Laravel, Livewire)
What's on Offer
- Salary of £35,000 – £45,000
- Largely remote – just 1 day per week on-site in Tamworth
