About The Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented IT Recruitment Consultant to join our dynamic team at Spectrum IT Recruitment Limited. In this role, you will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and placing top-tier IT talent across various technical disciplines. Qualifications
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years of experience in IT recruitment or a related field. A bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related discipline is preferred. Strong interpersonal and communication skills are essential, along with the ability to work independently and as part of a team. Familiarity with various sourcing tools, applicant tracking systems, and social media platforms for recruitment is highly desirable. Candidates should demonstrate a proactive approach, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively. A passion for technology and a keen interest in staying updated with industry trends will be considered an advantage.
Responsibilities
As an IT Recruitment Consultant at Spectrum IT Recruitment Limited, your key responsibilities will include:
- Developing a deep understanding of client requirements and technical specifications to source suitable candidates effectively.
- Utilizing various channels such as job boards, social media, and professional networks to identify and attract top IT talent.
- Screening resumes and conducting interviews to assess candidates’ technical skills, experience, and cultural fit.
- Managing the end-to-end recruitment process, including coordinating interviews, negotiating offers, and onboarding new hires.
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients and candidates to ensure ongoing satisfaction and repeat business.
- Staying informed about industry trends, market conditions, and emerging technologies to provide strategic advice to clients and candidates.
- Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records within the applicant tracking system and providing regular updates to stakeholders.
- Participating in business development activities to expand the company’s client base and market presence.
