Job Requirements
For Philippine Registered Nurses ONLY
- 2 years of BPO experience handling US healthcare account/s is a must, preferably a home health account
- Must have home health intake experience (prior authorization, processing claims, insurance verification, and other admin tasks needed)
- Comfortable with doing calls interviewing patients
- Familiarity with tools such as citrix, homecare homebase, salesforce
- Proficient with the Office 365 tools
- Excellent English communication skills
- Can do WFH setup with own laptop/computer with 2 monitors and stable internet connection
- Comfortable with Philippine graveyard shift
