Job Description: Clinical Team Leader for ECT and TMS Team at St Ann's Hospital
We are seeking an experienced RMN as a Clinical Team Leader to join the Electro-Convulsive (ECT) and Transcranial Magnetic Stimulation (TMS) Team at St Ann's Hospital.
About the Role
This is a leadership role with great opportunities to demonstrate your knowledge and abilities, and learning new skills as we continue to develop these services and provide essential treatment to service users.
Key Responsibilities
- Responsible for supporting the delivery of ECT and TMS.
- Work closely with the ECT/TMS team in the provision of Electroconvulsive Therapy and Transcranial Magnetic Stimulation.
- Collaborate with ward teams, GPs, and consultants to meet the needs of patients, supporting the delivery of policy and procedures.
- Support and carry out history taking, clinical assessment, diagnosis, treatment, and evaluation of care where required.
- Demonstrate safe, clinical decision-making and expert care, including assessment and diagnostic skills, for patients.
- Involved in the running of the ECT and TMS service at St Ann’s Hospital.
