The Physical Care Health Team at HMP Lincoln, are seeking a dynamic, enthusiastic, experienced Physical Care Health Nurse to join the team. We are looking for someone who enjoys a challenge, can work well within a team and autonomously.

About The Role

As a Band 5 Physical Health Nurse, you’ll work both independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team to provide holistic care to residents. You’ll be involved in emergency response, screening, vaccination clinics, and nurse-led care delivery across the prison.

Your Responsibilities Will Include

  • Delivering safe, effective, and person-centred care
  • Conducting assessments, triage, and risk evaluations
  • Administering medications and maintaining accurate records
  • Participating in audits, clinical governance, and service improvement
  • Supporting junior staff and contributing to team development
