Role Overview
We’re looking for a Physical Performance Coach to join us at Bristol City Women. This role is essential within the Performance Services team, aiming to maximize players’ physical capabilities, reduce injury risk, and enhance on-pitch performance through effective planning, delivery, and monitoring of strength & conditioning programmes.
Who We’re Looking For
We'd love to hear from you if you:
- Have experience in football or another high-performance sporting environment.
- Are an accomplished Strength and Conditioning Coach who is eager to influence performance and drive success.
- Thrive in challenging environments and are passionate about helping women's football reach new heights.
- Have experience working in a multi-disciplinary team.

What You’ll Be Involved In
- Planning, programming, and delivery of physical development warmups
- Deliver and oversee individualized pre-activation and S&C programmes aligned to each player’s physical needs and match demands
