Role Description

This is a part-time, remote role for a Physical Rehabilitation & Wellness Expert. In this position, you will provide evidence-based rehabilitation and wellness support to clients with diverse musculoskeletal and chronic health needs, using virtual sessions and digital tools. You will assess functional status, design personalized therapy and rehabilitation plans, and monitor progress, adjusting interventions as needed to optimize outcomes. Collaboration with multidisciplinary teams and alignment with MantraCare’s AI-driven assessments will be essential to ensure coordinated, high-quality care. You will also contribute educational content, promote self-management strategies, and maintain accurate, timely documentation within MantraCare’s digital platforms.

Qualifications

  • Strong expertise in Physical Therapy and Rehabilitation, including assessment, treatment planning, and functional recovery.
  • Experience in Occupational Therapy and Inpatient Care, with the ability to support clients across varying levels of acuity and independence.
  • Solid grounding in Medicine related to musculoskeletal, chronic conditions, and holistic wellness, enabling safe, integrated care decisions.
  • Relevant professional licensure or certification (e.g., PT, OT, physiatrist, rehab specialist) and adherence to local regulatory standards.
  • Experience delivering virtual care, with strong digital literacy and comfort using telehealth platforms and AI-supported tools.
  • Excellent communication skills, including clear client education, empathetic engagement, and collaborative teamwork in a remote environment.
  • Ability to work independently, manage a part-time caseload, and maintain accurate clinical documentation and outcome tracking.
  • Experience in chronic care, MSK rehabilitation, or wellness coaching within employer or payer settings is a plus.
