The Orchard is seeking a Physical Sales Coordinator

About the Role

The Orchard is seeking a Physical Sales Coordinator on a 1 year Fixed Term Contract who will be responsible for the running of daily administrative data reporting for the wider team including collation of information, delivery of various reporting summaries, processing orders and providing ad-hoc cover for office administration activities.

This is a highly responsible role that requires working to strict deadlines, a keen eye for detail, and a love for all types of music.

As a team we meet in the London office from Monday–Thursday. People may choose to work remotely on Fridays.

Responsibilities

  • Delivering punctual, accurate and detailed key reports, both scheduled and ad hoc.
  • Creation and maintenance of various internal spreadsheets and reports to support physical sales team.
  • Assist in maintaining Amazon reporting and administrative tasks primarily but not limited to, stock, pricing and product queries.
  • Assisting with sales orders across the team.
  • Point of contact for chart registrations and queries.
  • Handle requests or queries from physical sales team, also for AWAL.
  • Supporting local management, team leaders and wider team with ad hoc tasks as required.
  • To work with and support various departments across a broad range of tasks.
  • Continually identifying process and procedure improvement of existing tasks.
  • As part of the team, working proactively with all departments to ensure effective workflow.

Requirements

  • Appreciation and understanding of the wider music industry, with particular focus on the physical music landscape.
  • Proven experience and knowledge of Microsoft Office (particularly Excel) and Google Suite.
  • Excellent organisational skills.
  • Attention to detail.
  • Experience of working in a customer facing capacity.
  • Experience of working in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proactive and collaborative.
  • Able to analyse and manipulate large volumes of data.
  • Excellent personal organisation and strong administration skills.
  • Problem solving and able to work independently and use own initiative.
  • Clear and strong communication.
