Job Description
About the Role
We're looking for an experienced Physical Security Implementation Manager to lead the delivery of physical and electronic security systems across multiple projects.
Working alongside Project Managers and Senior Project Managers, you'll take ownership of technical delivery, installation coordination, commissioning activities, and handover, ensuring systems are delivered safely, compliantly, and to the highest standards.
What You'll Be Doing
- Leading the installation and integration of CCTV, VMS, access control and intrusion detection systems.
- Coordinating engineers, subcontractors and vendors across project sites.
- Managing commissioning activities, testing and system validation.
- Identifying and mitigating technical risks and delivery challenges.
- Ensuring compliance with specifications, standards and industry regulations.
- Supporting programme delivery, resource planning and project reporting.
- Driving quality, consistency and performance across delivery teams.
- Successful delivery of physical security implementation aligned to:
- Scope
- Programme
- Quality standards

What We're Looking For
- Proven experience delivering physical or electronic security systems in live environments.
- Strong knowledge of:
- CCTV & Video Management Systems (VMS)
- Access Control Systems
- Intrusion Detection Systems
- Experience managing installation and commissioning teams.
- Strong documentation, reporting and coordination skills.
- Experience working in construction, critical infrastructure or data centre environments is advantageous.
