This role sits at the intersection of physical security technology and operational resilience, giving you the opportunity to shape and advance Zoom's global security infrastructure across offices and data centers worldwide. The work spans cloud-native video management, enterprise access control, AI-assisted monitoring, and automation platforms, partnering with cross-functional teams to keep Zoom's people, facilities, and operations safe and secure. Expect real breadth: from leading technology design and deployment to supporting 24/7 business continuity, this position rewards both technical depth and collaborative problem-solving. This is a hybrid position that requires on-site presence 4 days per week at our London, England office. Remote arrangements are not available for this role.

The Global Physical Security and Safety team protects Zoom's people, assets, and operations across a worldwide portfolio of offices and data centers. Partnering closely with Workplace, Business Resilience, EHS, IT, and external vendors, the team delivers integrated security solutions built to scale with Zoom's growth. This London-based role serves as a key regional presence within a globally connected team, reporting to the Senior Manager of Global Physical Security and Safety.

  • Advise on and guide security planning for new office design, expansions, conversions, and restructuring, serving as the liaison between Workplace, Physical Security, Business Resilience, and EHS to promote change management and ensure compliance with standards.
  • Design and propose integrated physical security solutions for deterrence, delay, detection, and response to threats, leading design reviews with key stakeholders to ensure protection-in-depth across all Zoom locations.
  • Prepare RFPs with technical requirements and cost estimates, lead bid reviews with stakeholders, support procurement and contracting, and provide quality assurance on bills of materials for security integrators.
  • Lead installation and acceptance testing phases for physical security system upgrades and new deployments, coordinating closely with vendors and key stakeholders throughout.
  • Own the full lifecycle of physical security system assets, including SOP development, periodic testing and auditing, maintenance, troubleshooting of system and network issues, and annual training delivery.
  • Manage the physical security systems budget across Zoom locations, and contribute to ongoing research, policy review, and technology recommendations that strengthen Zoom's security posture.
  • Provide operational support to the physical security team, maintaining 24/7 business resilience across Zoom's worldwide office and data center portfolio, with flexibility to support global sites across time zones.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
