Salary Range: $37.08 - $53.13 Hourly

Travel Percentage: Up to 50%

About the Role

Location: Westborough, MA (with community-based work)

We are seeking a licensed, compassionate Physical Therapist to support individuals enrolled in the ABI/MFP Waiver Programs as they work toward greater independence and quality of life. Under the supervision of the Physical Therapy Program Manager, the PT provides individualized, goal-driven therapy in a variety of settings—including participants’ homes, our Training & Rehabilitation Center (TRC), and the community. This role is ideal for a clinician who values functional, real-world therapy and thrives in a collaborative, interdisciplinary environment.


What You’ll Do

  • Provide physical therapy services focused on mobility, safety, functional independence, and overall quality of life
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans aligned with participant goals, needs, and interests
  • Collaborate closely with participants, families, caregivers, service coordinators, and the interdisciplinary team
  • Select and adapt therapeutic activities that support physical and cognitive abilities
  • Train and educate direct care staff to reinforce therapeutic goals and promote carryover
  • Recommend adaptive equipment and environmental modifications; write letters of medical necessity as needed
  • Provide protocols and training for new or updated equipment in residential settings
  • Complete timely documentation and billing to meet reimbursement requirements
  • Participate in meetings, trainings, and weekly supervision
  • Mentor PTA’s, students, and interns as assigned

Qualifications

  • Licensed Physical Therapist (required)
  • Minimum of 2 years preferred experience, ideally with:
    • Acquired Brain Injury (ABI) population
    • Outpatient, home care, or community-based therapy
  • Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
  • Commitment to individualized, person-centered care
  • Active license in good standing and participation in continuing education
