Role Description
This is a part-time remote role for a Physical Therapist at GRG Health. The Physical Therapist will provide virtual clinical guidance and support for patients undergoing rehabilitation, focusing on safe, effective therapy plans tailored to individual needs.
Responsibilities
- Assessing patient conditions
- Designing and adjusting treatment programs
- Monitoring progress
- Documenting clinical outcomes in alignment with organizational standards
- Collaborating with interdisciplinary teams to ensure high-quality patient care
- Advising on best practices related to home-based therapy and functional recovery
While the position is remote, the Physical Therapist is expected to maintain clear communication, adhere to professional clinical guidelines, and use digital tools to deliver and track care.

- Strong knowledge of Medicine and Physical Therapy, with the ability to apply clinical principles in remote care settings.
- Skills in Rehabilitation and Patient Care, including assessment, treatment planning, and progress evaluation.
- Experience in Home Care, including guidance for safe exercises and functional activities in home environments.
- Licensed or registered Physical Therapist (or equivalent credential) in relevant jurisdiction, with good standing.
- Experience providing telehealth or remote therapy services is beneficial.
- Ability to communicate complex clinical information in a clear, empathetic, and culturally sensitive manner.
- Strong documentation, time management, and organizational skills.
- Comfort using digital platforms, electronic records, and collaboration tools for patient interaction and reporting.
