Role Description

This part-time remote Physical Therapist role focuses on delivering high-quality therapy and rehabilitation services through virtual consultations. The Physical Therapist will assess client needs, develop personalized treatment plans, and guide clients through exercises, mobility training, and functional rehabilitation tailored to their goals and conditions.   • Coordinating with other healthcare professionals when needed

The role may also involve:

  • Supporting home care programs
  • Advising on ergonomic and lifestyle adjustments
  • Contributing to interdisciplinary wellbeing initiatives across TherapyMantra’s global client base

Qualifications

  • Candidates should possess strong competencies in Physical Therapy and Rehabilitation to design and implement effective treatment plans.
  • Candidates should possess skills in Patient Care and Home Care to provide compassionate, safe, and practical support in virtual and home-based settings.
  • Candidates should possess a solid understanding of Medicine as it relates to musculoskeletal, neurological, and orthopedic conditions treated in physical therapy.
  • Relevant state or country licensure/certification as a Physical Therapist (or equivalent) is required.
  • Experience delivering care via telehealth or remote platforms is highly beneficial.
  • Strong communication, documentation, and time-management skills, with the ability to work independently in a remote environment.
  • Experience collaborating in multidisciplinary teams and sensitivity to diverse cultural backgrounds and client needs.
