PAY
From $45-52 per hour + / DOE
What You'll Do
- Provide comprehensive physical therapy services to residents, utilizing evidence-based practices to achieve optimal patient outcomes.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to each resident's needs and goals.
- Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team, including occupational therapists, speech therapists, and nursing staff, to provide holistic care.
- Ensure successful financial outcomes by managing resources effectively and maintaining compliance with billing and reimbursement requirements.
- Mentor and supervise therapy staff, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
- Participate in program development and quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care services.

What We're Looking For
- Current California license as a Physical Therapist (PT).
- Previous experience in a skilled nursing or rehabilitation setting preferred.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Passionate about providing high-quality patient care and achieving successful financial outcomes.
