Role Description
This is a part-time, remote Physical Therapist role focused on delivering high-quality, evidence-based care through virtual channels. The Physical Therapist will assess patient needs, develop and adjust individualized treatment plans, and guide patients through therapeutic exercises and rehabilitation programs tailored to their conditions and goals. - Conducting telehealth sessions
- Monitoring patient progress

The role also involves educating patients on injury prevention, self-management strategies, and home care programs that support long-term musculoskeletal health. The ideal candidate is comfortable working in an AI-enabled environment and adapting clinical expertise to a digital-first model of care.
Qualifications
- Strong foundation in Medicine and Physical Therapy, with the ability to apply clinical knowledge to diverse musculoskeletal and chronic care cases.
- Proficiency in Rehabilitation and Patient Care, including developing treatment plans, guiding exercise programs, and tracking functional outcomes.
- Experience in Home Care and remote care delivery, with skills in designing safe and effective home-based therapy programs.
- Current license or registration as a Physical Therapist (or equivalent credential) in applicable jurisdiction(s).
- Experience with telehealth platforms and digital documentation systems; comfort working in an AI-assisted clinical environment.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain complex concepts clearly and motivate patients in virtual settings.
- Strong ethical standards, commitment to patient privacy and safety, and ability to work independently with remote teams.
- Prior experience in chronic care, MSK, or wellness programs is beneficial; additional certifications in orthopedics, sports, or neurologic PT are a plus.
