Role Description

The Physical Therapist / Rehab Specialist will provide remote, part-time rehabilitation and therapy services to individuals with musculoskeletal and other physical health needs. Day-to-day responsibilities include:

The role involves delivering patient education on injury prevention, mobility, and home-based care, while monitoring progress and adjusting plans as needed. The specialist will collaborate with an AI-driven platform and other healthcare professionals to ensure integrated, high-quality care and clear documentation of patient encounters. Flexibility, clinical judgment, and a commitment to patient-centered outcomes are essential to success in this position.

Qualifications

  • Strong skills in Physical Therapy and Rehabilitation, with experience designing and implementing individualized treatment plans.
  • Skills in Patient Care and Home Care, including capacity to guide patients through remote, home-based programs and follow-up.
  • Foundational knowledge of Medicine relevant to musculoskeletal, chronic conditions, and holistic health management.
  • Licensure or certification as a Physical Therapist or Rehabilitation Specialist in applicable jurisdiction(s), with clinical experience in MSK or related fields.
  • Proficiency in telehealth or virtual care platforms, with the ability to communicate clearly and motivate patients in a remote setting.
  • Strong analytical, documentation, and digital literacy skills, including comfort working with AI-enabled tools and electronic health records.
  • Demonstrated commitment to evidence-based practice, ethical standards, and inclusive, culturally sensitive patient care.
  • Availability for part-time, remote work with reliable internet access and a professional, secure workspace.
