Role Description

This is a part-time, remote role for a Physical Therapist / Rehab Specialist at MantraCare. The specialist will:

  • Assess patients’ functional status
  • Develop rehabilitation plans
  • Deliver evidence-based physical therapy interventions through virtual sessions and digital tools

Daily tasks include:

  • Conducting telehealth evaluations
  • Providing exercise prescriptions
  • Monitoring progress
  • Adjusting treatment plans to support recovery and long-term wellbeing

The role involves:

  • Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams
  • Documenting care in digital systems
  • Educating patients on self-management, injury prevention, and home-based care strategies

The specialist will contribute to the integration of AI and clinical protocols, ensuring safe, effective, and person-centered rehabilitation.

  • Strong knowledge and practical experience in Medicine and Physical Therapy.
  • Skills in Rehabilitation planning, implementation, and outcome monitoring.
  • Capabilities in Patient Care, including assessment, treatment, and follow-up.
  • Experience in Home Care, remote support, and telehealth-based service delivery.
  • Licensed or certified Physical Therapist or equivalent rehab professional (per local regulations).
  • Experience with telehealth platforms, digital documentation, and outcome tracking tools.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to engage and motivate patients in virtual settings.
  • Ability to work independently, manage a flexible part-time schedule, and collaborate in a distributed team.
  • Background in chronic care, MSK, or occupational health is beneficial.
