Role Description
This is a part-time, remote role for a Physical Therapist / Rehab Specialist at MantraCare. The specialist will:

- Assess patients’ functional status
- Develop rehabilitation plans
- Deliver evidence-based physical therapy interventions through virtual sessions and digital tools
Daily tasks include:
- Conducting telehealth evaluations
- Providing exercise prescriptions
- Monitoring progress
- Adjusting treatment plans to support recovery and long-term wellbeing
The role involves:
- Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams
- Documenting care in digital systems
- Educating patients on self-management, injury prevention, and home-based care strategies
The specialist will contribute to the integration of AI and clinical protocols, ensuring safe, effective, and person-centered rehabilitation.

- Strong knowledge and practical experience in Medicine and Physical Therapy.
- Skills in Rehabilitation planning, implementation, and outcome monitoring.
- Capabilities in Patient Care, including assessment, treatment, and follow-up.
- Experience in Home Care, remote support, and telehealth-based service delivery.
- Licensed or certified Physical Therapist or equivalent rehab professional (per local regulations).
- Experience with telehealth platforms, digital documentation, and outcome tracking tools.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to engage and motivate patients in virtual settings.
- Ability to work independently, manage a flexible part-time schedule, and collaborate in a distributed team.
- Background in chronic care, MSK, or occupational health is beneficial.
