Role Description
This part-time remote Physical Therapist role focuses on delivering high-quality, evidence-based rehabilitation and patient care through virtual sessions. The Physical Therapist will assess patient needs, develop individualized treatment plans, and guide patients through therapeutic exercises and education for musculoskeletal, post-operative, and chronic conditions. - Conducting telehealth evaluations
- Monitoring progress
- Adjusting care plans
- Collaborating with other clinicians within MantraCare’s AI-supported ecosystem
The role also involves providing home care guidance, documenting clinical notes accurately, and ensuring that patients receive safe, accessible, and outcome-focused care in a virtual setting.
Qualifications
- Strong foundation in Medicine and Physical Therapy, with the ability to apply clinical knowledge to diverse conditions.
- Experience in Rehabilitation, including developing and implementing individualized therapy programs.
- Demonstrated skills in Patient Care, focusing on empathy, safety, and clear communication in virtual settings.
- Ability to support Home Care plans, including instruction on exercises, self-management, and ergonomics.
- Licensed or certified Physical Therapist (or equivalent credential) in relevant jurisdiction(s), with good standing.
- Experience with telehealth platforms and digital documentation; comfortable working in a technology-enabled environment.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to adapt care plans based on patient data and outcomes.
- Commitment to inclusive, culturally sensitive care and adherence to professional and ethical standards.
