Physician Assistant – Child & Adolescent Psychiatry
Animo Sano Psychiatry is a behavioral health practice dedicated to transforming the way mental health care is delivered to children and adolescents across the United States. Through a compassionate, patient-centered, and evidence-based model, we deliver high-quality behavioral healthcare that truly transforms lives. We are excited to welcome an inspired and innovative Child & Adolescent Physician Assistant to our growing team to broaden access to exceptional care for children, youth and their families. This position is focused exclusively on providing care to child and adolescent patients and requires the Physician Assistant to have prior experience working with these age groups.
Responsibilities
- Provide psychiatric evaluations and intakes via telehealth and/or in-person
- Manage psychiatric medications for child and adolescent patients
- Valid medical license in the state of North Carolina
- Deliver high-quality, accessible, and trauma-informed care
- Contribute to an organizational culture that recognizes the humanity and dignity of both patients and staff
- Availability for early morning or evening appointments to accommodate school schedules
- Team-oriented and open to learning evidence-based strategies for patient management

Compensation
$110,000 – $120,000 annually (based on experience and licensure). Final offers reflect location, relevant experience, and qualifications. At Animo Sano Psychiatry, we’re committed to compensation that values your contributions and dedication to patient care.
