We are building an elite Physician Talent Network to connect experienced medical professionals with leading AI labs and companies. By joining this network, you will be considered for high-impact, remote contract opportunities that match your clinical background and medical expertise.
What You Will Contribute
As an expert in our network, you will play a crucial role in advancing frontier AI research in medicine. Your contributions may include:
- Training and evaluating AI models specifically designed for the medical field.
- Creating tasks, deliverables, and medical case studies based on real-world clinical scenarios.
- Providing domain-specific feedback to refine AI diagnostic and reasoning capabilities.

- Extensive professional experience in clinical diagnosis, treatment planning, patient care management, and medical documentation.
- Active clinical background with a strong understanding of medical compliance.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills to provide clear, evidence-based feedback.
- Ability to work independently and effectively in a remote digital environment.
- Note: Due to project requirements, we are currently unable to support H1-B or STEM OPT candidates.
Project Details & Compensation
- Format: 100% Remote, independent contractor role.
- Commitment: Flexible scheduling. Typical project commitments range from 15 to 30 hours per week when matched.
- Compensation: Highly competitive compensation ranging from $110.00 to $250.00 per hour, depending on the specific project scope and medical specialty. Payments are processed weekly via Stripe or Wise.
- Confidentiality: Your work will not involve access to confidential, patient-specific (HIPAA), or proprietary information from any current employer or institution.

How it Works
This is an open application to join our Physician talent network. Once you submit your profile and resume, we will review your credentials. Approved experts will be invited to a brief AI-guided interview and will be matched to relevant projects on a rolling basis.
