Community Physician Network Opportunity
Community Physician Network is seeking a Gastroenterologist (board certified/board eligible) to join an employed physician group of 1,500 providers at Community Hospital South.

Desired Requirements
- BE/BC in Gastroenterology
- Eligible for medical licensure in Indiana
- Desire to function in a highly collaborative atmosphere
- Consistent and consecutive employment and training history
- Excellent communication skills fostering collaboration with all members of the care team
- Develop and maintain relationships with referring physicians
