About BenchEval
BenchEval is a physician-founded, physician-only network for medical AI evaluation and benchmarking. We work with verified physicians across specialties to test how AI systems perform on realistic, complex and safety-critical clinical problems. We are now expanding our international physician network.
The Role
Physicians are matched to paid, remote projects based on specialty, clinical experience and project requirements.

Work may include:
- Evaluating AI-generated clinical reasoning and responses
- Identifying medical errors, omissions and safety risks
- Creating challenging, clinically realistic evaluation cases
- Developing and reviewing medical AI benchmarks
- Providing structured expert feedback on model performance
This is a project-based opportunity, not a fixed-hours position.
Who We’re Looking For
- Medical degree
- Current or previous clinical practice
- Verifiable medical registration/licensure
- Strong clinical reasoning and written English
- Previous AI experience is welcome but not required. Clinical expertise comes first.
