Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Physiotherapist role based predominantly in our Shepperton Clinic. The Physiotherapist will conduct comprehensive assessments, develop individualized treatment plans, and deliver manual therapy, exercise programs, and other evidence-based interventions. Daily responsibilities include monitoring patient progress, documenting clinical notes, updating treatment goals, and communicating with patients about self-management strategies and injury prevention. The role involves working closely with other health professionals to coordinate care and ensure efficient, safe treatment pathways. The Physiotherapist will also contribute to clinic operations, maintain treatment spaces, and support a welcoming, inclusive environment for all patients.

- Recognized degree in Physiotherapy and current professional registration (or eligibility for registration) with the appropriate regulatory body.
- Proficiency in patient assessment, treatment planning, and delivery of manual therapy and exercise-based rehabilitation.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to explain clinical information clearly and support patient engagement.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team, with sound clinical judgment and time-management skills.
- Commitment to evidence-based practice, ongoing professional development, and adherence to ethical and regulatory standards.
- Experience in musculoskeletal, sports, or orthopedic physiotherapy is highly beneficial; experience in other clinical areas is an advantage.
- Comfort using clinical documentation systems and basic digital tools for scheduling and record-keeping.
