Company Description

At iPersonal Physiotherapy, we provide a wide range of treatments with a focus on musculoskeletal physiotherapy and sports rehabilitation. We work closely with leading UK insurance companies and private clients to deliver high-quality, personalised care. Our team supports individuals recovering from injuries as well as those looking to enhance their athletic performance. We are committed to offering affordable, tailored treatment plans that address each client’s specific needs. Based in Royal Leamington Spa, we aim to deliver accessible, client-centered physiotherapy services.

Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Physiotherapist role based in Royal Leamington Spa. The Physiotherapist will assess clients with musculoskeletal conditions and sports-related injuries, develop evidence-based treatment plans, and deliver hands-on therapies and rehabilitation programs. The role also involves educating clients on injury prevention, exercise programs, and self-management strategies, while collaborating with insurance partners and internal team members to ensure seamless, high-quality care.

Qualifications

  • Relevant professional qualification in Physiotherapy (degree-level or equivalent) and current registration with the appropriate UK regulatory body (e.g., HCPC).
  • Demonstrated experience in musculoskeletal physiotherapy, sports rehabilitation, and exercise prescription.
  • Strong clinical assessment, diagnostic reasoning, and treatment planning skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust and motivate clients.
  • Ability to maintain accurate clinical records, manage caseloads efficiently, and work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary environment.
  • Commitment to evidence-based practice, continuous professional development, and adherence to ethical and regulatory standards.
  • Experience working with insurance-funded and private clients is an advantage.
  • Flexibility to work some evenings or weekends as required by client demand.
