Based in Royal Leamington Spa, we aim to deliver accessible, client-centered physiotherapy services.
Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Physiotherapist role based in Royal Leamington Spa. The Physiotherapist will assess clients with musculoskeletal conditions and sports-related injuries, develop evidence-based treatment plans, and deliver hands-on therapies and rehabilitation programs. The role also involves educating clients on injury prevention, exercise programs, and self-management strategies, while collaborating with insurance partners and internal team members to ensure seamless, high-quality care.
Qualifications
- Relevant professional qualification in Physiotherapy (degree-level or equivalent) and current registration with the appropriate UK regulatory body (e.g., HCPC).
- Demonstrated experience in musculoskeletal physiotherapy, sports rehabilitation, and exercise prescription.
- Strong clinical assessment, diagnostic reasoning, and treatment planning skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust and motivate clients.
- Ability to maintain accurate clinical records, manage caseloads efficiently, and work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary environment.
- Commitment to evidence-based practice, continuous professional development, and adherence to ethical and regulatory standards.
- Experience working with insurance-funded and private clients is an advantage.
- Flexibility to work some evenings or weekends as required by client demand.
