Job Requirements

  • HCPC and MCSP essential
  • At least 3 years of clinical experience
  • Small group Pilates AACP sessions including Acupuncture an advantage

Role Description

This is a part-time, on-site Physiotherapist role located in Chipping Sodbury.

Responsibilities

  • Assess patients with a range of musculoskeletal conditions
  • Perform physical examinations
  • Develop individualized treatment plans using appropriate therapeutic techniques and exercises
  • Deliver hands-on treatments
  • Educate patients on injury prevention and self-management
  • Maintain accurate clinical records
  • Monitor progress to adjust treatment as needed
  • Collaborate with chiropractors and other health professionals in the clinic
  • Contribute to best practice standards
  • Support a safe and inclusive environment for all patients

Qualifications

  • Professional qualification in Physiotherapy MCSP and current registration with HCPC
  • Demonstrated skills in musculoskeletal assessment, manual therapy, exercise prescription, and rehabilitation planning
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to explain clinical information clearly and build trust with diverse patients
  • Good organizational and time-management abilities, including accurate clinical documentation and efficient caseload management
  • Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team and contribute to a respectful, non-discriminatory clinic culture
  • Previous experience in private practice or outpatient musculoskeletal settings is essential
  • Commitment to ongoing professional development and staying updated with evidence-based physiotherapy practice
  • AACP and Pilates an advantage
