About the Role:

As a Physiotherapist, you'll provide expert assessment, diagnosis and rehabilitation for a wide range of musculoskeletal conditions, delivering evidence-based care while maintaining exceptional clinical and customer service standards. You'll work as part of a multidisciplinary team, supporting customers to achieve the best possible outcomes.

You'll Help Us Make Health Happen By:

  • Assessing, diagnosing and treating a broad range of musculoskeletal conditions in line with Bupa clinical pathways and governance standards.
  • Delivering high-quality, evidence-based rehabilitation programmes for corporate and self-paying customers.
  • Working collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team to ensure the best outcomes for patients.
  • Building strong relationships with customers, GPs, specialists and other healthcare professionals.
  • Maintaining accurate clinical records and supporting quality, audit and compliance activities.
  • Participating in continued professional development and contributing to service improvements.
  • Promoting outstanding customer service and helping drive clinical excellence across the service.

What You'll Bring:

  • HCPC registered Physiotherapist.
  • Extensive post-graduate experience in musculoskeletal physiotherapy.
  • Experience working within a multidisciplinary healthcare environment.
  • Strong clinical reasoning and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication, organisation and time management abilities.
  • Experience treating private patients; sports injury and occupational health experience beneficial.
  • Commitment to continuous professional development and evidence-based practice.
  • Strong customer focus and commitment to delivering exceptional patient care.
