Hammersmith Physiotherapy is looking for an experienced MSK Physiotherapist to join our established private practice in Hammersmith, West London.
This role suits a confident and reliable clinician who values professional autonomy, delivers excellent patient care and would like to develop a regular private-practice caseload within a respected and supportive clinic.
We are looking for someone able to commit to at least two regular clinic sessions per week. Availability on Thursdays and/or Fridays would be particularly welcome, with opportunities to increase sessions as demand grows.

Hammersmith Physiotherapy has provided high-quality physiotherapy services in West London for more than 15 years. We specialise in assessing, treating and rehabilitating musculoskeletal conditions and sports injuries using evidence-based practice.
Our varied caseload includes self-funding patients, private medical-insurance referrals, local professionals and active individuals seeking expert physiotherapy and rehabilitation.

You will work as a self-employed associate and independently manage a varied MSK caseload from initial assessment through to discharge.
The role includes assessment and diagnosis, treatment planning, manual therapy where appropriate, and progressive exercise-based rehabilitation.

ABOUT YOU
You will be an experienced, patient-focused physiotherapist with strong MSK assessment, clinical-reasoning and rehabilitation skills.
You should be confident managing patients independently and communicating clearly with patients, colleagues and referrers.

You should ideally have 5 years UK postgraduate experience.
ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS
- HCPC registration and UK clinical assessment
- CSP membership
- Professional indemnity insurance
- Normally at least five years’ post-registration experience
- Substantial experience managing an MSK caseload
- Strong assessment, diagnostic and clinical-reasoning skills
- Confidence developing and progressing individual rehabilitation programmes
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- A professional, dependable and patient-centred approach
- Eligibility to work on a self-employed basis in the UK
DESIRABLE EXPERIENCE
- Previous private-practice experience
- Sports-injury assessment and rehabilitation
- Postgraduate MSK training or relevant specialist qualifications
- Experience working with private medical insurers
- Strength and conditioning or advanced exercise-rehabilitation skills
- Additional skills such as acupuncture, shockwave therapy or sports massage
