Company Description
FITU Rehab is a physiotherapy and rehabilitation clinic based in Hillsborough, Sheffield, focused on helping people move with confidence, build strength, and stay active. The team provides expert physiotherapy, sports massage, and tailored rehabilitation using a personalised, whole-person approach. FITU Rehab has a particular interest in hypermobility, supporting people to better understand their bodies, improve stability, and manage related challenges. Clients range from those with new injuries and persistent pain to individuals needing long-term rehabilitation, all receiving care aligned with their goals and lifestyle. The clinic’s guiding aim is to help people move better, feel stronger, and remain active for longer.
Role Description
This is a part-time - full-time, on-site Physiotherapist role based in Sheffield. The Physiotherapist will assess, diagnose, and treat musculoskeletal conditions, including acute injuries, persistent pain, and hypermobility-related concerns. Day-to-day responsibilities include:

- Conducting thorough patient assessments
- Developing individualised treatment and rehabilitation plans
- Delivering hands-on therapy such as manual techniques and exercise-based interventions
- Monitoring progress
- Adjusting treatment plans
- Educating patients about injury prevention, strength building, and long-term self-management

The role involves collaborating with colleagues, maintaining accurate clinical documentation, and contributing to a welcoming, inclusive, and person-centered environment.
Qualifications
- Professional qualifications in physiotherapy (e.g., BSc or MSc in Physiotherapy) and current registration with the appropriate professional body (e.g., HCPC or equivalent).
- Clinical skills in musculoskeletal assessment, treatment planning, manual therapy, and exercise-based rehabilitation.
- Experience or strong interest in working with hypermobility, persistent pain, and sports or activity-related injuries.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport, explain clinical findings clearly, and support shared decision-making.
- Strong organisational and time-management skills, including accurate record-keeping and the ability to manage a varied caseload.
- Commitment to person-centered care, evidence-based practice, and continuous professional development.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a small team, contribute to a positive clinic culture, and uphold non-discriminatory, inclusive practices.
- Experience in private practice or community clinic settings is beneficial but not essential.
