Physiotherapist
Location: Oxford
Position: Permanent | Part time

As a Physiotherapist, you'll provide expert assessment, diagnosis, and rehabilitation for a wide range of musculoskeletal conditions, delivering evidence-based care while maintaining exceptional clinical and customer service standards. You'll work as part of a multidisciplinary team, supporting customers to achieve the best possible outcomes.
You'll help us make health happen by:
- Assessing, diagnosing, and treating a broad range of musculoskeletal conditions in line with Bupa clinical pathways and governance standards.
- Delivering high-quality, evidence-based rehabilitation programmes for corporate and self-paying customers.
- Working collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team to ensure the best outcomes for patients.
- Building strong relationships with customers, GPs, specialists, and other healthcare professionals.
- Maintaining accurate clinical records and supporting quality, audit, and compliance activities.
- Participating in continued professional development and contributing to service improvements.
- Promoting outstanding customer service and helping drive clinical excellence across the service.

What you'll bring:
- HCPC registered Physiotherapist.
- Extensive post-graduate experience in musculoskeletal physiotherapy.
- Experience working within a multidisciplinary healthcare environment.
- Strong clinical reasoning and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication, organisation, and time management abilities.
- Experience treating private patients; sports injury and occupational health experience beneficial.
- Commitment to continuous professional development and evidence-based practice.
- Strong customer focus and commitment to delivering exceptional patient care.
