Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Physiotherapist role based in the Kingston upon Hull, England Metropolitan Area. The Physiotherapist will assess, diagnose, and manage MSK, neurological, and paediatric conditions, providing individualized treatment plans using evidence-based physiotherapy techniques.

  • Conducting thorough clinical assessments
  • Delivering hands-on therapy
  • Prescribing exercise programs
  • Monitoring patient progress through follow-up appointments
  • Maintaining accurate clinical records
  • Collaborating with multidisciplinary colleagues
  • Contributing to occupational health and wellbeing initiatives
  • Educating clients on injury prevention, self-management strategies, and lifestyle modifications to support long-term health outcomes

Qualifications

  • Strong clinical skills in physiotherapy assessment, diagnosis, and treatment planning, particularly in MSK, neurological, and paediatric caseloads.
  • Ability to design and deliver tailored rehabilitation and exercise programs, including manual therapy, functional training, and patient education.
  • Competence in working within occupational health and wellbeing frameworks, including return-to-work planning and ergonomic or workplace assessments.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport, explain clinical information clearly, and work effectively in a multidisciplinary team.
  • Solid organizational and documentation skills, including accurate clinical record-keeping and use of digital health systems.
  • Recognized degree in Physiotherapy (or equivalent) and current professional registration with the appropriate regulatory body (e.g., HCPC or equivalent).
  • Experience in a clinical setting, preferably in MSK, neurological, paediatric, or occupational health environments.
  • Commitment to continual professional development, evidence-based practice, and high standards of client care.
