Physiotherapist
We are looking for a Physiotherapist to join our growing team, in a varied role combining hands-on therapy with work behind the scenes. Your time will be balanced between treating clients and supporting the organisation with marketing and networking, fundraising, and project development. You will work closely with the project manager and board of directors, as a valued and respected member of the team.
Responsibilities
- Provide safe, professional, person-centred therapeutic treatments within your scope of practice, including client consultations, accurate and confidential records, and appropriate referrals or safeguarding responses.
- Provide treatments on a mobile or on-site basis if required.
- Treat adults of all ages, genders, and nationalities without discrimination.
- Work collaboratively with other therapists in the organisation to create optimum client treatment plans, cross-referring as needed.
- Support day-to-day administration, bookings, and enquiries.
- Contribute to the wider team:
- Attend meetings and training.
- Co-ordinate and run the steering group.
- Support outreach and publicity.
- Support fundraising, networking, and community engagement.

Qualifications
Essential:
- Recognised qualification in Physiotherapy and registration with the HCPC.
- Legal right to work in the UK.
- Minimum 2 years of practical experience.
- Passion for bodywork and continued professional development.
- Interest or experience in working with survivors of trauma.
- Ability to work sensitively with diverse clients.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and record-keeping skills.
- Digital/admin skills.
- Happy to work in a public-facing role.
- Strong team ethics and ability to work collaboratively.
- Ability to work independently and reliably, within the remit agreed by the team.
- Commitment to equality, diversity, and creating safe spaces.

Desirable:
- Experience in fundraising, bid-writing, or other copywriting skills.
- Interest and/or experience in social media and content creation.
- Lived or working experience with our client groups.
- Experience working in a charity, social enterprise, or business setting.
- Full UK driving license.
