Company Description
Perfect Motion Physio is a highly reputable private Physiotherapy and Pilates clinic, owned and run by husband and wife team, Becky and Bill and based in Midhurst, West Sussex.
We pride ourselves on providing the highest quality services including general MSK, sports physiotherapy, women's health physio, massage therapy, strength and conditioning, reformer and mat Pilates classes.
Perfect Motion Physio was established in 2013 and we are proud to be an integral part of the local community, supporting local sports clubs, particularly the Midhurst Milers running club. We are always striving to improve and grow as therapists and as a business to provide outstanding care to our local community and beyond.

Role Description
Musculoskeletal Physiotherapist and / or Pilates Instructor
Up to 2 part-time posts are available.
We are seeking an energetic and enthusiastic individual with excellent clinical and personal skills. The successful candidate must have a desire to continually develop their skills as a practitioner with ongoing professional development.
Musculoskeletal Physiotherapist
- Involves 1-2 clinics per week.
- The successful candidate will deliver exceptional autonomous care in assessing clients, developing individualized treatment plans, and providing hands-on therapy and exercise-based interventions.

Pilates Instructor
- Involves 1:1 to full class teaching on the mat for 2 or more classes per week.
- Reformer teaching is desired, but not essential and would be on a 1:1 / 2:1 or 3:1 basis.
- The successful candidate will teach our highly sought after mat and / or reformer Pilates classes, continuing to deliver these to the highest standards.
Qualifications
- BSc (Hons) Physiotherapy
- Member of the CSP
- Pilates qualifications, APPI or equivalent standard of training.
- Acupuncture / dry needling desirable
Candidates should be at least 3 years post-grad, with extensive experience in an MSK environment.
