Full-time: 40 hours per week

Elm Park has an opportunity for a Physiotherapist to join our team.

Elm Park, Colchester, Essex is a residential service supporting 17 adults with a range of needs. It is located in a suburban setting and is accessible by public transport, with local bus routes and nearby rail links into Colchester and surrounding areas. Due to the location of the service, access to a vehicle or the ability to drive is recommended.

What you'll be doing

As a Physiotherapist, you’ll play a key role in supporting patients with complex neurological needs, providing evidence-based, patient-centred rehabilitation to help them achieve their individual goals and maximise their independence.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assess patients’ needs and develop, deliver and evaluate individualised physiotherapy treatment plans.
  • Provide rehabilitation through one-to-one and group interventions, monitoring progress and maintaining accurate clinical records.
  • Work closely with the multidisciplinary team (MDT), patients, relatives and carers to ensure effective, coordinated care.
  • Support and oversee junior staff, helping to maintain high standards of clinical practice.
  • Promote and develop Priory’s therapy services, supporting the growth and effectiveness of the service.
  • Regularly review the service to ensure it provides high-quality, outcomes-focused and value-driven care.

What you'll bring to the role

Essential for the role
You will be educated to degree level and hold CSP accreditation and HCPC registration. You will also have relevant physiotherapy experience, including work in a neurological rehabilitation setting.
