We're Nev and Tanvi, the founders of Rise Dental & Medical and we're opening a new premium private dental and medical clinic in Chelmsford this September.
We are looking for a skilled and dedicated MSK physiotherapist to join our core team on a self-employed, part-time basis. You should be confident in working autonomously.
The Role
This role is designed to work around your current commitments. We are flexible on working patterns. We are happy to discuss and agree on a schedule that works well for both sides.

Work Pattern & Pay
- 1 - 2 sessions per week initially - flexible around other clinical commitments
- Opportunity to increase sessions as patient demand grows
- Self-employed
- Revenue-share model - 50% profit share
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct private MSK physiotherapy assessments and treatments for adults
- Diagnose and manage acute and chronic musculoskeletal conditions
- Develop and deliver individualised rehabilitation and treatment plans
- Provide injury prevention advice, exercise prescription, and lifestyle guidance
- Undertake musculoskeletal assessments and functional evaluations
- Refer patients appropriately to specialist services when required

Requirements
- Current HCPC registration and engaged in regular clinical work
- Have a minimum of 2 years post-qualification experience
- Valid professional indemnity insurance
Desirable
- Experience and clinical focus in sports injuries or post-surgical rehabilitation
- Experience within private practice
