Role Overview

As a Physiotherapist with Rushcliffe Care Group, you will be part of the team responsible for delivering safe, high-quality therapeutic services that promote the health, independence, and wellbeing of the service users you support. All roles are subject to an enhanced DBS check, the cost of which is covered by Rushcliffe Care.

The Role

Working across inpatient, outpatient, and community settings, including home visits, you will assess, diagnose, and treat service users, helping them to achieve their individual goals and maximise their quality of life.

  • Manage a designated caseload, providing evidence-based physiotherapy interventions through both individual and group treatment programmes.
  • Develop, implement, and review personalised rehabilitation plans, monitoring progress, and adapting treatment to meet changing needs.
  • Assess, recommend, and support the use of physiotherapy equipment and mobility aids, while providing advice on mobility, posture, falls prevention, and physical wellbeing.
  • Maintain clear and contemporaneous clinical documentation and work closely with the Lead Physiotherapist, multidisciplinary teams, families, carers, and external professionals to ensure coordinated, person-centred care.
  • Work autonomously within HCPC and Chartered Society of Physiotherapy standards, maintaining professional and legal accountability for your practice.
  • Contribute to service improvement initiatives, audits, and ongoing professional development.
  • Support students, therapy assistants, and less experienced colleagues when appropriate.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
